We are pleased you are looking to book and visit us at Inflatapark. Please make sure you read through these terms and conditions before you purchase your ticket/s. All customers will need to adhere to our terms and conditions. Inflatapark accepts no liability or responsibility for injury to you and any children you are responsible for whilst at Inflatapark. Socks must be worn at all times - children will not be allowed on the inflatables without socks.

Please note, adults must stay with their children. Children cannot be in the venue alone. All individuals attending with you must be booked on including ALL adults, this is for number control inside the venue. Bookings will be cancelled if no adults are booked on. Whilst we have done our upmost to make the venue as safe as possible, due to the nature of play and how inflatables/soft play are designed, bumps, burns, scratches, marks and accidents may occur whilst using our facilities. You are using the equipment and facilities at your own risk and by booking your tickets you understand and accept this. Inflatapark will not be held responsible for any injuries that occur whilst inside our venue or using any of our facilities or equipment.

We run 2hour session times. Please select the session you would like to attend when booking. You will be asked to leave at the end of this session.. If you arrive later than the start time of the session you will only be able to stay until your session time. You will not get 2hours from the time you arrive if you arrive late

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. You will be required to pay for your tickets in full at the time of booking. Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferrable. We do not offer any credit for people that cannot attend once tickets are purchased. We understand things do come up out of your control & if this does happen on a day you've planned to visit us please do drop us a message & we can see what we can do. We cannot split bookings & therefore if part of your party arrives & some don't due to illness or any other reason then unfortunately we would not be able to make any amendments to your booking.
2. All participants MUST wear socks whilst on the inflatables. You are more than welcome to use your own socks. Don't worry if you have forgotten as socks are available at the counter. Any participants not wearing socks will be asked to stay off the inflatables until socks are worn. All other clothing must also stay on.
3. Participants will use the equipment at their own risk. A responsible adult over the age of 18 will be required to supervise anyone under the age of 18, and they will be solely their responsibility.
4. Our inflatables are not suitable for adult use or anyone over the age of 12 years old.
5. Shoes are not allowed on the inflatables. Shoes must be removed before entering the play area.
6. Children must be prevented from climbing up the walls/barriers of the inflatables. Food, drink glasses, jewellery and belts are forbidden on all inflatables. It is also recommended spectacles are removed. Ensure that no-one with a history of back or neck problems or pregnant use the inflatables.
7. ADULT SUPERVISION IS NECESSARY AT ALL TIMES. You as the responsible adult must stop any horse play. Children are not allowed to push, collide, fight or behave in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others. ADULT SUPERVISION IS NECESSARY AT ALL TIMES!
8. It is your responsibility to understand any medical conditions relating to yourself and any children you are responsible for. All participants use the inflatables AND soft play at their own risk.
9. Inflatapark reserves the right to refuse admittance to participants or to remove a participant from the premises should it be deemed necessary to do so. This includes any person not following our safety rules and guidance, and/or any person who's behaviour is deemed unacceptable.
10. Inflatapark will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards their staff or other customers of Inflatapark. Anyone showing this behaviour will be asked to leave.
11. Inflatapark reserves the right to cancel your booking at any time. In the event it is necessary to do this, a full refund will be given.
12. Please do not play in front of the inflatables, entrance, exits and slide exits. Use the slides as Slides only. 
13. It is forbidden to climb up the slides, sit at the top of the slides preventing others going down or jump off the slide steps.
14. No sharp objects or food/drink are to be taken on the inflatables
15. Balls and other objects should not be thrown at each other
16. Fighting or bullying will not be tolerated and any guilty persons will be asked to leave.
17. Children who are unwell should not enter the play area. In case of a problem please let a member of staff know.
18. It is forbidden to smoke anywhere inside the venue. Alcohol and drugs are also forbidden. Anyone found abusing these rules will be asked to leave immediately.
19. No animals allowed inside the venue.
20. Car’s are parked at owners’ risk. Please park only in our designated Inflatapark spaces if parking within our car park. Inflatapark takes no responsibility or liability for any injury, damage or loss whilst using our car park.
21. You will ensure that anyone in your booking will not swing, hang, pull or play with any of the gates and built walls in the venue.
22. By continuing to book your tickets, you agree that you have read the above terms and conditions and accept these. You understand that Inflatapark Ltd takes no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to you or any members of your party whilst inside the venue, using the equipment and/or facilities’.
